Reviews Having a curry outside of the UK is always a bit dodgy and this was another one of those dodgy times. We were a party of about 12 people so the restaurant can be forgiven for being a bit slow in bringing the food.
For starters we mostly ordered selections of different things to share. The main dishes came in strange metal containers with candles underneath to keep everything hot. I never know why restaurants do this because a curry delivered to a table is hardly going to go cold in the few minutes it takes to eat.
The menu was fairly standard with dishes such as onion bhaji, alu matter, palak paneer, meat palak, murg makhani, mutton patiala, kashmiri kebab, sizzling garlic jinga (prawns) and the usual naan breads. No saag, unfortunately. Added by Gary Sleet, Saturday 4 January 2003 19:18
